We have been working with Skipertech for 2 years using the Crews module of the Hermes platform. This module has helped us plan and organize the work orders of our crews using proposed workflows. Additionally, the Mobile module enables us to record all detailed information on-site, such as PPE (personal protective equipment), collective protection equipment, photos, signatures, etc. The module also sends us emails with this detailed information to ensure that the crew can work accurately and safely. It allows us to create and send questionnaires to employees and clients, as well as validate our clients' opinion through "reviews." All of this information can be accessed in real-time from the platform.
